Fabian E. Powell Esq., MIP.
Fabian E. Powell is a partner and founding member of the law firm of Tanz & Powell, LLP. Mr. Powell advises clients in the areas of bankruptcy, immigration, debt settlement and negotiation, family law, personal injury and general litigation.
He is a graduate of the University of Massachusetts Boston-BA (2005), University of Massachusetts School of Law Dartmouth-JD (2008) and Franklin Pierce Law Center-MIP (2010). He was admitted to practice in Massachusetts in 2008, Connecticut in 2009, and the United States District Court for the District of Massachusetts in 2010.
He is a member of the Massachusetts Bar Association, Boston Bar Association, Norfolk Bar Association, National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys, and the Massachusetts Black Lawyers Association. He is a board member of University of Massachusetts School of Law Dartmouth Alumni Association and co-chair of the events committee.
Mr. Powell frequently appears on television and radio to discuss immigration issues that impact immigrant communities.
