Jared Tanz Esq.

Jared Tanz, is a partner at Tanz & Powell, LLP. He devotes his practice to contract drafting and negotiating, real estate matters, consumer protection, criminal law, family and immigration. He also represents clients in a wide range of civil litigation areas.

He graduated from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst in 2003 with a BA in Legal Studies and earned his JD from the University of Massachusetts School of Law, Dartmouth (formerly known as Southern New England School of Law) in 2008. Jared brings exceptional legal training and enthusiasm to his work for his clients’ as well as a solid work ethic, a passion for his profession and a dedication to helping others. He is client-focused, approachable and personable, he works hard to simplify complex legal issues and communicate them clearly to his clients.

He is a member of the Massachusetts Bar Association, the Norfolk bar Association and he volunteers regularly at Housing Court in Boston through the Volunteer Lawyers Project.
